Looking for helpful moms and dads for October 11 baby information fair

Hello ladies, we would love to have some of you volunteer greeting visitors, helping with setting workshops up but fathers are also very welcome.
At this point we think that we will start moving tables and chiars around, preparing welcome tables around 11:00- 12:00 AM that saturday Oct 11. We will be tidying up from 16:00 till 17:00 and the more hands we have, the better it will all work out
If any of you or your partner knows how to set up microphone, computer projection for educational movies, etc;;; we need you for a couple of hours. We also need volunteers who can do shifts as baby sitters; We plan to have a child's corner with toys and caretakers to make it easy on pregnant ladies who already have a young child.
